Rent our Facility for Your Event
Availability
Our facility is available for group rental most Saturday and Sunday evenings from September to June, but we can also sometimes accommodate groups during the week depending on availability around our weekday leagues.
What you Get
We provide curling instruction and equipment at no additional cost during the curling season, as well as access to our newly renovated welcoming and comfortable lounge and bar area. Full bar service is available, we have a great 75" TV and 4 smaller TVs for viewing sports, and various off-ice games are on offer including a pool table, darts, and many fun table/board games. We accept most forms of payment including debit and credit cards at our convenient POS terminal.
Food
We do not generally prepare food ourselves, but there are great local restaurants offering take-out - see this page for some menus, or add your food requests when you book online below and we will arrange it for you. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are provided if you will be offering food.
Out-Of-Season Rates
We are closed during July and August for the summer, but offer lounge rentals during the shoulder seasons (April to June and September to season start).
Lounge Rental:
$300 base charge for the first 4 hours (this includes full event preparation, bar service, and cleaning)
$60 per hour for every additional hour

Curling Season Rates
⚠️ Our 2023/24 curling season is done. See you in October of 2024 for more action on the ice!
We have two options for rentals during the curling season - group curling plus lounge usage, or lounge usage only:
Private Group Curling + Lounge (2 hours of curling + additional lounge access & bar service for as long as you need):
$320 for 2 ice sheets for curling (<=16 people) - includes instruction & equipment + lounge and bar service
$450 for 3 ice sheets for curling (17-24 people) - includes instruction & equipment + lounge and bar service
$600 for 4 ice sheets for curling (25-32 people) - includes instruction & equipment + lounge and bar service
Lounge Rental Only (no curling):
$40 per hour or $250 per day, with NO bar service
$60 per hour or $350 per day, with FULL bar service
What to Bring
The ice surface is quite cold, so be sure to bring some warm layers, a toque, and gloves that can handle vigorous sweeping.
It is critical that curling ice be kept clean and free from debris, so please also bring an extra pair of clean indoor shoes with grippy soles.
