The Rossland Curling Society is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to keeping curling vibrant in our mountain community. For more than 125 years, curling has been a cornerstone of Rossland’s social and sporting culture, bringing people together across generations. Today, our society continues that tradition by operating the Rossland Curling Club, maintaining our four-sheet facility, and offering programs that make curling welcoming and accessible for everyone.
We run a variety of leagues — from competitive play to social and daytime curling — along with drop-ins, learn-to-curl sessions, youth programming, and community rentals. Our mission is simple: to provide a fun, safe, and inclusive space where people can stay active, stay social, and stay connected. Whether you’re a brand-new curler or a seasoned veteran, we believe there’s a place for you on the ice.
As a working board supported by passionate volunteers and an exceptional staff who go above and beyond to create a welcoming, well-run environment, we are continually improving our facility and strengthening our programs. From lounge upgrades to new equipment and technology, we invest in the long-term sustainability of curling in Rossland. The spirit of volunteerism is at the heart of everything we do, and we are grateful for the community members who give their time, energy, and expertise to help our club thrive.
Looking ahead, the Rossland Curling Society is committed to fostering growth in the sport, supporting local youth and seniors, and celebrating the rich heritage of curling in our region. We invite you to join us — as a curler, volunteer, sponsor, or fan — and be part of a tradition that continues to shape the social fabric of Rossland.
